I want to extend the TABLE_HEADING_COMMENTS text defined in includes/languages/english/checkout_payment.php which worked fine in v1.27 but does not word wrap to be contained within the page width in v1.3. Is there any simple way of achieving this.
The existing text is 'Special Instructions or Order Comments' which I want to extend to include the fact that customers can include the request that the Post Office leave parcels next door, in the garage or up a tree but it is not likely to happen.

Perhaps add a <br /> tag in your text and force a line-break?
