Bottom Navigation Border

Can anyone help me get a 1 pixel grey border on my bottom navigation?

It's driving me mad

Edit TD.footertop in stylesheet_original.css to have:

border-top:1px solid #yourcolor;

If you use Firefox then you can use the developer's toolbar addon which allows you to view and edit the css and see it applied before you save.
