I know these question has probably been asked numerous times but after several hours of searching I did not find the answers.

I am using 1.2.7d because I need the auction add on.

1) Where do I disable "Conditions of Use" in the information box? Under Configuration > Define Page Status I have it set to "0" and it still appears.

2) In all the pages in the information box, there are two text areas. One populates when I use Tools > Define Pages Editor. The other says something like "Your Conditions of Use information should be on this page." Where do I delete or turn this off?

I found the answer to the first question. It is in /includes/languages/english.php

I still have not figured out question #2 though.
