New Users Not Registered

I'm having problems with setting up Zen Cart. I have installed it and inserted most of my items and now when I go to test it I try to create a new user. I fill in all the necessary fields but when I click submit it just returns the same page and no account or email was sent out for confirmation of account being created.

Please help asap.

This is not the correct action of a working shop...

First make a backup to preserve your products and changes...

If you have the ability (extra DB's) to create another install do this and check the create user function straight away.

There is most likely either a file that was changed or is corrupt from uploading.

If you have adhered to the override function, you can re-upload all the core files and see if this fixes this.

Also I am only able to create one db only.
