Help! EZ Pages

Okay, I need some not-so EZ Pages help!

I have EZ pages sidebar set to display in the EZ Pages settings section.

I created an EZ page.

Set it to yes for Sidebox display and gave it a sort order.

It does not show up.

??

I can make a link show up in header or footer, but it's MIA in the sidebox.

What did I miss?

I think you have to have at least two EZPages for it to show up in the sidebox.

Thanks I tried 3 but nothing yet. However, sometimes the results don't alway show up when I expect them to. Thanks for the input. I'll keep jacking around with it.

Just in case ... the EZ-Page sidebox needs to be turned on in two places Admin > Configuration > EZ_Pages Settings and Admin ? Tools > Layout Boxes Controller.

I'm sorry but could you be a bit more specific (or maybe less so Under zencart/Admin I have no folder called configuratioin. I have configuration.php but upon editing it I found no mention of EZ pages.

And I don't understand Admin ? Toolls >Layboxes controller. I have no folder called Tools underr Admin.

I coiuld also use your help. I just screwed up big time. I clicked reset under the layout boxes and now on the right hand side where my sideboxs should be I only have:

1146 Table 'bob6002_zencart.TABLE_RECORD_COMPANY' doesn't exist
in:
[select record_company_id, record_company_name from TABLE_RECORD_COMPANY order by record_company_name]

I don't know how to undo this.

Can you checkout whether you have the following file in your system admin/includes/extra_datafiles/music_type_database_names.php and the similarly named includes/extra_datafiles/music_type_database_names.php?

I have nothing under admin/includes/extra_datafiles but linkpoint.api database.
Is there a way to add /music_type etc.?

Hmmm. That would certainly explain your immediate problem. But it may be the tip of an iceberg.

I'm afraid that I have no idea what linkpoint.api database is, how it got there or even whether it's appropriate for it to there. I do kow that I would expected you to have two files music_type_database_names.php and music_type_filenames.php sitting in that directory supplying information that the default installation of Zen Cart needs. And if these are missing, what other files might be?

Which version of Zen Cart are you running? How recently did you install it? What changes have you made to the files? What add-ons have you installed?
