Can't Add Prod. After Switching Webhost

Gooday, I have just switched web host and am encountering the following errors when I attempt to add new products:

I'm not sure what is the BMZ directory. Cld you elaborate?

are you using image handler?

also make sure that in your configure.php files that you are sure that the correct path is /home/ and not /home2/

and that the username is right

I'm using image handler indeed.
BTW, is BMZ directory the cache directory?
I've verified that the configure.php and username are correct.

I have verified that the IH mod. files are the same before and after the switching of web host so what cld have caused the issue? Any advise? TIA.

Thought it wold be good to add that I did a search and found the bmz_cache folder (that Merlin had mentioned) in ZC v1.3.0.2. As I have not been able to upgrade to that version yet, I am still running V1.2.7d. Tks.

Hi, according to my current hosting company, the difference betw. it's server's setting and that of my previous hosting company is that it's use of the open_basedir restriction. Could this be the cause of the problem? TIA for any advise.

Yea that might be the issue,
You should have looked into the Certified Hosts
they are Guaranteed to work

Problem solved.

Resolution: Make sure the /images folders and ALL sub-folders within it has their folder permission set to 777.
