Adding more required fields

I've had to repost this thread as I'm desperate for a solution and have yet to find one that I understand
I need to add some extra registration fields into my cart. I have changed Company Name to Educational Establishment Name, but I need to add three more text entry fields to this section and they all have to be required.
I'd even be prepared to pay for a ZenCart expert to do this for me. Hope someone can help :-)
