Where do I edit the Quantity Discounts Table?

I cant seem to find where the info is to edit the background colors and borders for the Quantity Discounts table.

Could someone point me to it please.

This should be a starting point:

and
#productQuantityDiscounts TABLE {}

Don't know what version of zen cart you're working with, but I'm on 1.3x
And in my version, there is this file in: includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_products_quantity_discounts.php
There the table has hard coded border, padding and margins that you can override by editing the file and save as:
includes/templates/your_template/templates/tpl_modules_products_quantity_discounts.php

redesign the table is what i want. How do I extend the width of the table? I want it to be 3 rows instead of 4 as you can see on the attachment. Which part of the PHP code should I change or add? What should I write?
