removing manufacture from catalog listings

Hello guys,

Im tring to figgure out how i remove the manufacture from the product listings..

I want it to show when they view a product but not when they are going through a catagory or search.

when they go through the products within a cat or search, it shows the manufacture, i dont want it to show that...


how do i get rid of it..

i changed the stuff under ALL LISTINGS, but it didnt seem to work.
I dont want to change the settings on product type becuase i want it to show when they view the product details pages...

any help would be great

There are several Listings under Configuration ...

Product Listing
New Listing
Featured Listing
All Listing

Each has its own setting so you can customize the display ...

Then there are the individual Product Type settings ... under the Catalog ... Product Type ... Edit Layout ...
