I have an item that is to big for the Global Priority small envelope. How do I configure zencart to choose global priority large for that item?

There's nothing built in to Zen Cart to specify dimensions.
Can you add a bit of weight to force it into next category without causing the price to go haywire?.

Well that the problem with this particular mail class.
Global priority mail small and large both have max weight of 4lbs
The problem is they are $5 difference in price.
This probably needs to become a modification to the code.
