How do i remove quantity for each product input box?

Must be why my fiance bought me a helmet to wear when I'm on my computer!!

I'm still having issues with the quantity area. I did some screenshots to show you what I mean. I'm getting a product mix message which is happening when I have it set to off:

To get rid of it, I have to turn it on.

You are showing me Minimum 1 Unit 1 ... then showing me a message about Minimum 0 Unit 0

Are the snaps concerning the same product?

I am having the same problem.

I wan to hide the quantity box. HOwever, after performing the setting as you said "No do not show quantity box", I still see on front end "0 units in stock".

The "0" units in stock is taken from an input field. If I left blank, it says "0 units in stock". Can I totally remove this field from the front end when I am viewing a product item?

A quantity box is where you type in the number of the products you want to buy such as:
3 widgets

The text on the screen of:
0 units in stock

is not a quantity box that is the display of the number of items in stock ...

If you want to remove, from the product _info page, the units in stock, then go to the Catalog ... Product Type ... EDIT LAYOUT ... and turn off what you do not want to see ...

Thanks for the update that you were able to turn on or off the display of the Product quantity of stock with the Catalog ... Product Types ... EDIT LAYOUT ...

i'm not finding this anywhere. I don't want a quantity box on any page EXCEPT i do want the quantity box in the shopping cart. is this possible? please help
