Hmmm.
We have a customer who has registered. HIS name is Troy, yet all the emails he gets it refers to him as Tory..!
I checked his account in Admin and it has Troy, but all his orders have the name 'Tory' as the Billing and Shipping address.!!

An order's details are set based on the info available at the time the order is placed.
Future orders will pick up his name information from the customer records, and thus will be fine..
