How do EZ-Pages work?

I am just learning/testing so it is on my lasptop.. I will try to move it up to ISP..

took me a while, but you can see my test at:

All the pages under "Company Info" were created with EX Pages. I would like to remove the headings which are coming from the page name. I found it in the database, but I am hoping for e simpler solution where I could set the default for all pages created with EZ Pages.
