How do EZ-Pages work?

Hi - I have made a new EZ-page called 'Size Chart' and want to link it to a page that I have made using the relative link 'index.php?main_page=size_chart'. My questions are should the file be named size_chart.php? And where should I put the file so that it can be found?

Why don't you just paste the code for the size chart page into the EZ page, so that the EZ page itself is the size chart?

However, I would still like to know how to use the internal link feature which means I need to know where to put the pages lol.

ahh..ok From your initial post, I think you may be going about it backwards - it's actually much easier than that.

You can put the page anywhere you want to on your server - just write the link accordingly and pop the link into the EZ page.

For example, let's say the page you made that contains the size chart is called size_chart.html. Below is an example of how to link this page to your ez page.

• Place the file size_chart.html anywhere you want on your server. For example, the root of your store.
• This would be your link:

  http://www.eroticfem.com.au/size_chart.html

• Go to the corresponding EZ Page & click "Edit"
• Scroll down to the "external link" box and paste in the link.
• Save

That's all there is to it.

Also, here's a bit of friendly advice re: forum etiquette. When you post any links to an adult site, please post a warning with the link in case folks are opening the link from their place of employment so they don't get into trouble with their boss.

I know it seems pretty obvious that this is an adult site based on the site name in the link you provided, but folks don't always read those links...they just click them.

Doc2 (same chapter as EZ Pages, shows in header, not in EZ Pages TOC)
Documents (chapter 20, shows in header, TOC does not show)
Price List (chapter 20, shows in header, has an internal link, does not show in Documents TOC)
Tech Doc (chapter 20, shows in header, has an internal link, does not show in Documents TOC)

In short why does it work in the header portion, but not the TOC? I do have the sort orders populated as well.

A couple options:

You could either take screen shots of the settings for each EZ page and post them here so I can see them
or
You could PM me with a link to your admin login page and a login password so I can have a look at the EZ pages and see what's going on. (Recommend if you choose this option that you first change your password to something temporary for my use, and then change it back to your private password once I'm out of there.)

Question: I understand you want "Documents" to be an EZ page in the header links, and for a TOC to appear on that page that provide links to the Price List and Tech Doc. Do you also want the Price List and Tech Doc to appear in the header links?

Question: What is the purpose of the EZ Page "Doc2" in relation to the above?

They are in the header just for testing purposes. The PDF opens there, but again the TOC does not show in "Documents". Therefore the header portion makes me feel that I've done a portion if not all of it right.

"Doc2" should also be under "EZPages" as a test since I knew the TOC was showing for that particular page.
