Sophy Blue Nav Bar issues

Hi, I've got a problem with my category navigation bar using the sophy blue template. The way I have it now0, all my categories (Free Patterns, Pattern to Buy, etc..) should be in the gray box below the header. But sometimes it looks like this:

The thing is, it seems to work on some pages, in some browsers, at some resolutions and then in others, not. Right now I know it doesn't work in

Mozilla Firefox (ver 1.0.7) (unknown resolution)
Safari, Intel iMac, resolution 1440×900
Firefox version 1.0.7 on Windows XP. (unknown resolution)
Mozilla v. 1.7.12 resolution 1280x1024


I know it DOES work for me at all resolutions, and I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.6.

Is there any way to fix this? Does anyone have any ideas? It's driving me CRAZY!
