cpanel site to site whm transfer???

Need to move a site that has been completely customized, very large database etc.

I need to move it from one host to another. Has anyone successfully moved zen cart and database with the cpanel whm site to site transfer.

Please let me know. I need a way that will not cause database problems.

Do you know of any without reinstalling zen cart and reconfiguring it??

if you have the root password of the old server than Yes it works great,
if you DONT have the root password and are going to use the user version it dosnt work with sites over 250 MB
