    Default sql executed screen error

i am able to use the sql patch tool in admin, but once a command is executed, the next screen loses all it's formatting and shows up with just the black execute statement on a white background. the sql command seems to have executed correctly, but i'm assuming some files were not completely uploaded correctly. in this case, i would like to reload them. any ideas on what files they are? i already reloaded the sqlpatch.php.

Are you sure it's not telling you about an error that occurred while running an SQL statement?
