    Default Email problems...please help

    Ok I am sure I have the emial configed right. When a customer orders something it sends the email that should go to them to me and not them. So I get an email saying that I sold something then an email say that I order something. I dont have it set to send me a copy and the customers are not receiving a conf email. Has anyone seen this?

    I know of nothing in the code that mixes these up. It sends the customer email first, and then sends to the administrator separately.

    Does it work properly if you use a non-Hotmail address for your customer account?

    I have no idea what's causing this, because the code isn't written to do what you're describing.

    ... unless the emails are being rejected and sent back to you.

    Try this: Admin->Configuration->Email Options:
    Email Archiving Active? --> change to true

    Then do a test order.

    Then install this addon:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=198
    which will allow you to read the contents of sent emails.

    Confirm whether the emails were "created" to go to the proper destination...
