I have downloaded filezilla and have got a connection to my server but what do I do after that to get it to do what ever it has to do maybe that will be able to find it.

I am sorry for the very basic computer language I have decided I need to learn more about this.

That is the information at the top.

    Zen Cart 1.2.5

    Database Patch Level: 1.2.5

So I have nothing to worry about. I have just realised that at the top it says the download version is. I am a bit of a fool. I did make some of those changes that it said to the scripts will that hurt my site at all. Should I go back and change them.

Once the bug thing is over do you think it is a good idea to upgrate to the newer version (once I learn how to do those things) or is there not much difference and would I just be better off sticking to the one I have.

Its not going to urt anything that you made the changes, they are in fact to secure your site.

The Changes to this point, ( Security as well as features ) would have me say that Yes Upgrading is a wise move,
Please know though that your template will most likely break, something to do with the side box calls and some such,

Thanks for the help. I think I will learn a bit more about this kind of stuff before I update but I think I will update it. I certainly will be looking for advice from here before I do anything thought.

    Thanks for your help.
