Error after database setup...

Once I submit my information for setting up the database, this is the error that I receive. Can someone explain what this means and how I can fix it?

Sounds like you did not get a good upload of all of your files ...

Reload the files and see if this doesn't fix the issue ...

NOTE: Make sure that you are using the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 for anything other than an upgrade from v1.3.0.1 ...
