That is a result of the settings you have active in your Linkpoint payment module. You can turn it off by setting the Email Fraud Alerts setting to false in that module's settings.
The "YY" response expected indicates that when the customer's address details were compared with their credit card records there was some sort of mismatch or else the address verification could not be completed. It could also be that your linkpoint settings on the linkpoint site are set to disable address verification (not normally a recommended setting).
Thus, since addresses don't match, Zen Cart is simply suggesting to you that the order might be fraudulent. You may want to follow up with the customer to understand why there was a difference.
