Well--I'm having the problem with anything that's not on a category page--I'll have to look into this.

Any pages on the header/ footer of the site are having the issue.

I figured it out--

On EZpages there's pre-defined links.

Based on the rules of the SEO URL mod, you have to change these pages manually.

By playing around I was able to figure out what the proper page names should be, then I went into the admin panel, tools, EZ Pages, and corrected the wrong links. Some kinds of page names can't be corrected by the SEO URL mod, I went ahead & deleted these pages or took them off the site completely.
