I don't know if this was asked before, I am setting up a clothing store and need to have 2 tax rates for NY since in NY any item over $110 is charged the normal rate 8.375% but any product purchased under $110 is charged 4.375%.

I would need to have both to work with the website at checkout . That way when a customer from ny purchases from my website the tax rate is calculated according to his total purchase. Is that possible, is there a module for that? Help please, Thanks
