Creating Header and Footer per Category and Product

Forgive me if this is answered somewhere else but I tried to serch FAQ and the forum. I am trying to add (HTML verbal info as a header and a footer for each specific category and product as well as edit the Meta Tags, Title and description for each category and product for search engine. I cannot find it in admin and my Php knowledge is non existant. Thanks

meta data is found and added in the admin > catalog > product page...find the 'bio hazzard at the right of each cat/product.

While there look at the category description page and the text box for each category and further down the add picture/image. No need to make this hard as this is part of Zen Cart..albeit the header does not change but unless you have a specific reason that it must and just want to add information for a category and an image...this is automatic, no code changes required.
