Google Analytics Integration

Installed it, configured it ....but after almost a week does not return any information (and I know there were traffic). Is ther any files I should look for script errors?

I have always noticed that the ecommerce data is off from what is actually happening in our store. Google Analytics is not recognizing all of the transactions, both Paypal and credit card. I have tried to figure out if there is a pattern but I cannot see one. This makes me wonder just how accurate the rest of the GA data is, is it 100% valid? I am using zc 1.3.7.1 with all patches, the latest GA mod and have tried both urchin and GA javascripts both with wrong results. It says that we had 58 transactions from 7/11 to 8/11 when in fact we have had 148!!

Does anyone else experience this?

I installed the GA addon, and it works to the extend that the tracking code is on all pages via the footer.

But the e-commerce part does not seem to work. I checked the Checkout success page, and the only Google reference is:

<body id="checkoutsuccessBody" onload="googleanalytics_outgoing_init();">

There is no addTrans code in there.

I run Zencart 1.3.8 and I can't really figure out, what's wrong.

I see the same problem. Started about a month ago before that it worked. I have no reference to any google on my checkout success. All other analytics is working.

same problem here. ecommerce tracking worked fine before. but stopped working after installing SSL.

I've noticed 'goal conversion tracking' stopped working as well.

I've installed this mod on another another site without SSL. everything works fine so far.

will SSL be the problem?

any input is appreciated

Do the ssl sessions use a different footer that the std http pages?

code was not changed. I just enabled SSL in configuraton file.

I've switched to another mod Simple Google Analytics. the problem is resolved now.

So the Simple Google Analytics mod does the ecommerce conversion tracking?

SQL Patch tool - HELP...

I've moved all the files etc.
I have the instal.sql file in the public_html dir....

I am ready to rumble.

But how do I install a mod, I have been searching all morning and don't want to appear a total noob.

I've read the readme etc but it just says install it using the tools>install Sql Patches tool.

Basically what do I type?
