Nevermind I figured it out... For some reason when I add the code in using Notepad ++ it doesn't work, but if I use Dreamweaver it is fine.

I have 1.3.8 and have loaded Andrew's Analytics Module. I've noticed that the Google Analytics reports only track a portion of the orders. I've gone through the orders and can't figure out why some would track and others would not. In some cases only one order will show when many orders were placed on the same day. Has anyone run into this issue and is there a fix? Or is this a case of me incorrectly loading the module?

I added this mod three days ago and I've been noticing that it's not tracking all my visitors according to my Admin. I went back through the installation and I'm positive I've installed it correctly. Is this just the way it is or is there something I could be overlooking?

Andrew I just downloaded this mod from the Software Add Ons section and the latest version appears to be 2.2.1. I also tried downloading the mod from the original post on this thread but that 404'd. Where can I get this latest v 2.3.1? Little new here so sorry if this is a bad question.

We are using v1.3.7. I installed Google Analytics yesterday but found out that customers are unable to checkout. After uninstalling it, everything works fine. What did we do wrong?

Hi There,

I have installed this module, on 1.3.8a however I am not receiving data from E-Commerce.
The system (control panel my account google) says uts receiving data and I have done the steps of turning the ecommrece on as advised in the instructions:

a. Log in to your account.
b. Click "Edit" next to the profile you'd like to enable.
c. On the Profile Settings page, click "edit" next to Main Website Profile Information.
d. Change the E-Commerce Website radio button from No to Yes.
e. Save your changes .

Can anyone offer a solution.

I tryed filling inn googlefroogle.sql; in the SQL field, and push send, but it sais: "1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'googlefroogle.sql' at line 1

Right, I've copied the files across and added the sql text and configured my analytics userid fine.
Now what? Where does the option to view everything from Google Analytics from the admin end sit?
