I've looked through the generated pages for most of the site and the only thing that I can see is that references to files might be mixed. can't see the background processes but sometimes the problem is caused by copying all files to a override directory are not copying the one that needs to be there.

Try going back to default in the admin control panel and see if the problem persists.

Still the same problems in default mode!

I did change it back, I'll set it back to classic.

I have different problems show up with customer identification.
With you gothicx1, I can log in but with it in classic it says I don't exist.
In both, it says it has sent me a new password but neither has showed up.

I'm stumped but will see if I can get you some help.

Sounds like your server may have problems with PHP session control.

When you installed, did you ignore any orange/red alerts? If so, which ones?

Also, you posted in the Windows hosting forum. What version of Windows is this server running?
and what version of IIS?

I do not recall seeing any orange/red alerts.

Are you able to upgrade your PHP version to the latest v4.4.x?
Running 4.3.2 is the lowest recommended version for Zen Cart, and may possibly have some bugs related to sessions. Haven't checked that out specifically, but upgrading is wise, given that tons of bugs have been fixed since 4.3.2.

OK....I have solved my problems.

I've changed my hosting company and gone with someone who concentrates on ecommerce solutions and who specialises in Zen Cart hosting.
