Website has disappeared

My website has disappeared When i logged onto my hosting account i noticed the my cart folder named "showcase" has been changed to "showcase.exploited"
How can i fix this please i tryied renaming the folder back to showcase but noting happens? I ma really stuck can someone please help?

Sounds like something you need to handle.
Either your account has been hacked or your host made the change themselves.

Hi thank you

This is a client of mine and i just found out that he has clicked on the update button inside his admin area and when the update was happening not knowing what was going on he clicked on exit without letting the update finishing. Can this be fixed?

reload their backup, then turn OFF the update button in the admin-> configuration -> my store

Thank you but the admin is not coming up. I have aslo just been sent this email by my host:

Subject: bigotyres.com.au on sydney server

Our tech dept has advised:

The account of tohostmyweb.com is running exploitable php code in
/home/bigo/public_html/showcase

which was being abused by crackers to install malicious scripts/code on the
server. The folder showcase has been moved outside of public_html and
renamed as showcase.exploitable to stop further abuse. The web application
is remotely exploitable and needs to be upgraded to latest stable.

What do i do?

You will need to add the security upgrades listed,
Once these security updates have been installed, then move the showcase directory BACK into the public_html folder.
