Default mass upload and import products

    hi
is there possibility of importing db to zen cart in stead of manually online one by one product importing.
I found some suggestions ( in 2003,2004) about oscommerce easy populate and also zen cart easy populate that were for older zen cart versions than 1.3.....
they wrote it would come a solution in some weeks, and I see this question does not exist now in 2006. either it has been solved and I do not know, or nobody went to solve it?

1- does now exist any possibility to do this in zen cart? when I open database sql file in notepad and edit it, after reinstalling of cart, my new products go in order, but if I edit file in excel or word , after reinstalling, no products go to db of cart.
so, in which type should I get export of my db from phpMyAdmin?

2- i am thinking about installation process of zen cart. wheb you are at end, you can choose " demo" and by this, it will import all database in sql into the cart in some seconds. so, I ask me if we can use the same principle to add or upgrade new products and import to zen cart.
3-how can I do back up of my db by phpMyAdmin?

please give me your suggestion as I have to waite untill yhis problem be solved.
    thanks
    reza

easy populate can be obtained at: modhole.com

you can do database backups in phpMyAdmin by following these steps:

Default Farsi Persian Fonts In Sql And Easy Populate

FIRST THANK YOU FOR THIS LINK AS IT HELPED ME TO FIND EASY POPULATE AND BACKUP.
NOW, when I add a product to cataloge online, she accepts my persian fonts and show everything okey on IE6.0 with coding unicode utf8.
but when I edit the same products in excel or notebook , after upload to ms sql, IE show meaningless letters.
I think that problem should not be in sql as she accepted my fonts if I directly via zen admin entered. can somebody help me ,

    thanks
