Idev Affiliate Program - Phone Contact

Hello,

I purshased the Idev Affiliate program back in Nov. 2005 . I never did get it to work properly and I am currently trying to get it up and running. I should also mention that I am not even able to log onto my Idev account anymore. http://hockeyshot.com/idevaffiliate/ I use to be able to log on and now i can't??

For the past 3 weeks, I have been sending e-mails to idevdirect but am never getting responses.

Would anyone happen to know of a phone number that I can contact them? They don't have a phone number posted on their Web site, and they never sent me a phone number on my order confirmation.

This would be greatly appreciated as I desperately am trying to get my program up and running.

short answer NO,
this has been an issue for many months now,
zen cart no longer recomends idev for this very reason

Short answer is now YES - go to their site and they have just announced more customer support resources and publish a tel. #.

I've suggested they contact you so maybe you can be shown something. Just trying to help.

I'll go away now and leave it up to you and the vendor to sort out. Hopefully something good comes out of it.
