    Default Basic Installation Question

    I am finding the installation directions to be very straight forward. I just have one question before i attempt the install. I am using Go Daddy's FTP client, and I was just wondering how I change the permissions on the proper directories to 777 or (read/ write/ execute) could someone please guide me through this step.

    Recommend to "not" use GoDaddy's browser-based FTP client.

    FileZilla is free and reliable. Also lets you change file permissions simply by right-clicking on the filename...
