Warning for MoneyBookers users!

Hello,

I found out that MoneyBookers just changed their withdraw policy (you can view it here: http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=fees) without telling to their customers a word!!! For some countries there in now way to *withdraw* the money! So you are able to receive but you aren't able to withdraw the money if you want!

I think that this is a veeery bad practice and the MoneyBookers users have to be warned!

I mention that their customer care service (by email or by phone) is as bad as is their practice (they don't reply to e-mails and on phone they use to keep customers on hold until... the call gets interrupted).

I'm pretty sure you can still get paid using regular bank transfer, just not local payments. Double check, though.
