Circle Login after Host Moved Server
Okay - I had everything working tiptop, then the host went and changed servers.
Now, I called them as originally, I couldn't even see the cart or the login page at all (both were blank). Some on-hold time and then, wala, the cart was back and the admin login page was back. They said it was a 'glitch' in the system. Nice answer. I hung up too soon, because
WHEN I tried to login, (password is correct), it just flips me back to a blank login screen again.
Wha?
What did my host do? What kind of instructions can I give them in order for them to fix it?
Much appreciated - poor client is caught in the middle.....
