i did some searching so i wouldn't have to make a new thread...but everyone is saying /includes/languages/english (and sometimes)/yourtemplate
i don't have that and don't know how to edit my meta tags.
im running v 1.2.4d

You won't be finding it there ...
I don't believe that was included in Zen Cart until about v1.2.7 ...

Note: the old method had settings in the /includes/languages/english.php file ...

in v1.2.4 there is no support for customizing metatags descriptions. They are built dynamically from your category and product descriptions, and your custom keywords.
