local SSL setup how do I do it with zencart?

I'm a new zenner and also new to SSL. On my host I can add some SSL info from the cpanel, however I am not sure how to enable this with zencart. I tried making a certificate and a key and than turning zencart configure.php file to 'true' for both /includes and /admin/includes

however when I went to https: it just said server connection interrupted

Can someone give me a step by step guide to setting it up? I read the wiki on SSL so I know a bit about how it works just need to get it working perfectly for my store..

you will need to take the CSR that you created and use it at rapidssl or godaddy and purchase a certificate,

once this is done follow the instructions that come with the certificate to install it,

Now you can go into the configure.php files and set SSL to true

Hello,

I am new to ZenCart and have come across a bit of an inconvenience and potential hindrance to purchasing product in the Firefox browser. I have installed an SSL cert. and enabled both configure.php files (admin/includes, and in the includes directory) to "true" for SSL. The checkout process is secure, but the Shopping Cart page just before entering into the checkout process is not. Because of this, Firefox detects it and says before opening the Shopping Cart page that the information sent will not be encrypted (which is true for the shopping cart page, however, a user may not take this too well and exit immediately if they don't understand).

I was wondering if someone could help me secure the Shopping Cart page?

How are you getting to the shopping cart page,

this page should be non SSL and there for should pose NO problem going to SSL

How about a URL to take a look at
