Can anyone recommend a good book or website for beginner CSS. I really need to get my arms around this, and, I want to redo a site I built for a friend with CSS front, and zen cart in back.

One place to start is w3schools
You can also do a google search for CSS tutorials and come up with literally hunderds of results. (I'd look at the top 4 or 5).
