Disable Payment Option

Hi there, im new to Zen Cart and im finding it one of the best things i've ever installed. At the moment im just building a test shop to see what it can do and what I can manage.

I also run another website, its a restaurant directory for the UK. I noticed that even though Zen Cart is a online shop program, it posesses many features that my site needs, e.g.

Advanced Search
Catorgies - could turn into ytpes of cuisine
Review section - this is probley the most important, as my sites main purpose is restaurant reviews.

What I really want to know is, is there a way of disabling a the shop feature, i.e. prices, shopping cart etc.

I know this isn't what Zen Cart was made for, but it will suit me perfectly if I can disable these features.

Dont worry I WILL be donating to Zen Cart. twice if I can get this to work!

Anyone know whethere I can do this or not.

Admin->Configuration->My Store->Store Status.
Set it to Showcase and all the pricing functions are turned off.
