Note the ' marks around the entire value:

Since you tossed another one in the middle, you created an imbalance.

Options:
1. remove your extra ' mark
2. convert the ' to \' --- like this: Dr. Lin Morel\'s store
3. change the beginning and ending ' marks to " (for that line only)
