please help with e-mail exporter

I posted about 2 weeks ago asking how to export e-mails since my newsletter wasn't reaching even half of my subscribers.

I downloaded the program linked here and thought I followed the instructions pretty easily- but it's not working.

I took the admin folder inside the download and uploaded it to my server under public_html ~> boutique ~> admin. Am I now supposed to go into Zen Admin, check Tools and see Export E-mails, because nothing new is showing up?

Please help! Thanks!

These are the files, and they need to go in the folders specified.

The "admin" part of this path is the "admin" folder on your server.

/admin/email_export.php
/admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/email_export_tools_dhtml.php
/admin/includes/extra_datafiles/email_export.php
/admin/includes/languages/english/email_export.php

If the file in the ...boxes/extra_boxes folder is missing, then you will not see the option on the Tools menu.


What other addons do you have installed?
What happens if you re-upload the files again? (Perhaps your FTP program experienced a timeout and didn't load all the files completely)
