Hello, I am in the Bahamas and has installed the Zen Cart. At this time, I need to restrict delivery to the Bahamas only and not to any other region until I can get this shipping thing sorted out.

Question: Is there anyone who can tell me how to have shipping in the Bahamas only but place a notice that "We are working to resolve shipping outside the Bahamas" for all other regions so that others outid will know that they will soon be able to order from us? (IN LAYMENS TERMS, PLEASE)
