Help!! Error when editing products

i am learning the cart well but when i went in to edit the products and add the quantity and the correct weights on plenty of my products after i click preview i go on to click the update button i get this error

You don't have permission to access /admin/product.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i have no idea why i am getting this error i have been on here all day working on this
