Thanks, Dr. Byte. I'll start a customer service ticket with them. It's good to know other people have the same problem, and it's not just me. Means it's something I can hopefully easily fix! I've been working on this for over a week...
Aha, I found the answer in another Zencart Forum post. My searching the forum didn't bring up this post, but I decided to just try Google and this was the first result.
This fix corrected the problem. Thought I'd put it here for anyone else.

Ahhhhhh. Somehow, I completely missed the second half of that message. I only read it through my email program and not the full response on here. Didn't know it truncated the messages when it delivered it through email.
