how do you do a refund with Cardservice International/link point ?

I believe it goes like this:
1. Login to your merchant area at linkpointcentral.com
2. click on Reports
3. choose Transactions
4. locate the transaction for which you want to issue a refund
5. select the order number
6. scroll to the input field near the bottom, and enter the amount to give back to the customer
7. click Return Order to send that much money back to the customer

Or you could call their tech support to have them guide you through the process or clarify any of the available options: 1-888-477-3611
