Coupon calculation wrong

I set up a one-use coupon to give a customer store credit for 650.00 NOK

She purchased an item with a price of 739.00 NOK and we have flat-rate shipping of 60.00 NOK.

The invoice looks like this:

So she received the item for free, plus an additional discount of .01

Tax was being added onto the coupon amount, turned that off and it's fine.
