Sales report 2.0

Anyone know how we could make the sales report show all data without breaking it up annually when the date selection is longer than a year?

That would take some "serious" rewriting, since the report has always provided values in a timeframe basis.

#57: Provide more distinct language for date ranges.
#61: Move hard-coded asc and desc to language files.
#58: Correct date formats used for date-picker/display.
#62: Correct report output when selected dates are outside of site's orders' dates.
