Banners Displaying Twice

My site is not up yet: www.doodlebuckets.com/catalog2 I imported my database from my old site and now my banners are displaying twice or not displaying properly, as in the footer banner (shows no image). Is this an SQL problem from the import, or is there a file I need to fix?

My footer is doing the same thing. I am not a coder. How can I fix the footer too? Would there be other banners that will do the same if I activate them? Amy
