Authorize.net SIM Need Help!

Dear all brothers,
My authorize.net SIM need help!

1. Version: zen-cart-v1.3.0.2-full-fileset (Fresh install, non-mod)
2. Authorize.net turns all fraud protection off (all AVS, non-US, billing/shipping address security, etc off); Transcation Key, API login, no problem.
3. Final checkout Zencart shows, ""There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again."""
4. I can check the transcation in Authorize.net admin shows, ""Transaction Status: General Error (GPS Identification Numbers are Incorrect) ""
5. But when I changed Test Mode in Authorize.net, I try to use my Visa Card to checkout, all works fine.

I wondered why real credit cards cannot be used in Production Mode (Live).

Which payment module are you using ? Authorize.net is the module for those who use no security settings at authorize.net - the Authorize.net AIM is for those who use CVV and security matching.

Thanks, I am using Simple Integration Method (SIM), I have read many post and know AIM service requires SSL to operate.

Are you sure that SIM doesn't need to pass via SSL as well ?

I have never used authorize.net without protection turned on (CVV match at the very least) and I definitely wouldn't run a shopping site with no SSL - it's a recipe for disaster.

Sorry - I would assure that SSL isn't required for pass to authorize.net in your situation if that isn't the problem I don't know what the issue might be.

Thanks sTina, I am Newbie to Zencart and Authorize.net; I have not purchase a SSL yet so using SIM service to Test at the moment.

As Authorize.net told:

SIM use scripting techiques to authenticate transcation w/unique fingerprint. It's customizable payment form & receipt page hosted on payment gateway's secure server.

AIM allowing host own secure payment form then send transcation to payment gateway using end to end SSL connection.

Anyway, I have contact Authorize.net live support and they told me have to get the processor parameters from our "merchant service provider" "MSP then give us a call back and Authorize.net can update my account with this info. It seems quite troublesome............anyone has the same experience to me???

Thanks all, problem has been successfully solved there were problem on authorize.net & merchant service provider. Not on us.
