    Default Payflow Pro Question

Hello. I am trying to enable the Payflow Pro module to work with my store.

I installed the module, and installed the mySQL patch that goes with it. However, I keep getting this error when I try to process a payment in test mode

    1146 Table 'westernstandardmysql01.TABLE_PUBS_CREDIT_CARD_LOG' doesn't exist
    in:
    [insert into TABLE_PUBS_CREDIT_CARD_LOG (orders_id, ref_id, trans_result,trans_auth_code, trans_message, trans_amount,trans_date) values ('2','', '','-', 'success for cust_id:[email protected]:','9.95',now() )]
I did a search of this forum, and some of the posts referenced another post that deals with an error with the table that is supposed to be made, but the link to that post is invalid.

    Can anyone offer any assistance?

you have apparently forgotten to upload a file contained in the ZIP:
    /includes/extra_datafiles/payflowpro_database_tables.php

    From the readme:
    3. Go to Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches (or your phpMyAdmin) and run the enclosed payflowpro_archive.sql
I think you missed that step.

Thanks for replying so promptly DRByte. I did as you said and all seems fine,
i had already done it in myphp and when i did it again it gave me an error message saying it was already installed. When i did it through ZenCart admin it works fine. Weird.

I have just got an error when it takes me back to my site

Result code: 1: User authentication failed

There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again.

I am using a debit card that has no funds in it just for this purpose, would this be the reason for the error.

How does the system work in test mode? I mean does pay pal authorise your card ect.

    Thanks

    Mark

From the Payflow Pro manual, editorialized:
1.User authentication failed. Error is caused by one or more of the following:
    • Login information is incorrect. Verify that USER, VENDOR, PARTNER, and PASSWORD have been entered correctly. (ie: the fields in your Zen Cart admin module settings)
    • Invalid Processor information entered. Contact merchant bank to verify. (ie: settings in your PayPal Manager site as linked to bank.)
    • "Allowed IP Address" security feature implemented. The transaction is coming from an unknown IP address. See PayPal Manager online help for details on how to use Manager to update the allowed IP addresses.
    • You are using a test (not active) account to submit a transaction to the live PayPal servers. (have you selected "test mode"?)
