Attributes Assistance Please

A rather strange and unusual request here. I'm trying to set up an attribute, ANY attribute, that will activate the attribute qty price popup window for the purposes of checking layout and functionality with a template. I've tried various different attribute settings and apparently haven't come across the right one yet.

If someone could post what all needs to be turned on/turned off in the admin side as well as what attribute properties settings, I'd be most thankful.

Oopsie, almost forgot, I'm using 1.3.0.2
