Sort order of attributes

I've spent the evening trying to work out how to fix a problem to no avail so hopefully someone can put me out my misery.

We sell products which are available in junior and adult sizes, and the prices are different. It's probably best if I explain with a working example:

Use the Catalog ... Option Name Sorter ... and the Option Value Sorter ...

Get the Option Names in order then their values in order ...

Then, apply these default sort orders to Update your shop ...

Thanks, I have tried that, but it's not appearing in the right order. Any idea why that might be?

Check that the setting in the Configuration ... Product Info is set to 1:

Products Info - Product Option Value of Attributes Sort Order
Sort order of Product Option Values of Attributes for Products Info
0= Sort Order, Price
1= Sort Order, Option Value Name

Look at your product in the Attributes Controller ...

What is the sort order of the Option Values for the size?

What happens if you switch to Classic? Do they sort right?
